Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport has introduced sleep rooms operated by Minute Sleeps.

The rooms are compact (2.13m x 2.44m) and come equipped with a daybed sofa, pillows, blankets, a noise reduction system which reduces outside noise, desk, phone, office chair and wifi.  The rooms are on Concourse B.

So far the people who have used the rooms have stayed an average of 90mins but the minimum rental period is 1hr.  They cost $30 for the 1st hr then $7.50 for every 15mins thereafter.

A sense of place?

Well I guess you can't criticise this Souvenir concession at Minneapolis St Paul Airport for not having a sense of place. A sense of taste though?...

Weird airport art

Not sure which airport this is at, it came from Twitter. I assume its Nebraska or somewhere similar. Odd.....
