odd1Mange2 is actually an edible picnic container for two people. Its aimed at upmarket deli’s and also consumers who are dissatisfied with packaging of organic foods. Its assembled from a series of pressed bread components that can be part baked to allow for freezer storage.

Whilst its current design doesn’t really lend itself to airline food, it wouldn’t take much to modify the concept for an innovative solution to airline waste. Perhaps these packs could be sold at airports and taken onboard?
