The Creative Director of Coach, Reed Krackoff, hasn’t really drawn attention to himself the way other Creative Directors have in the fashion industry. This however might be changing. Coach have apparently registered new Trademarks for “Reed”, “Reed Krakoff” and “RK” for ready-wear, leathergoods & personal care products as well as “hotel & restaurant services”.

Coach are staying tight lipped about their plans but it does appear they’re considering something.

Whilst Coach have reported a 0.6% decline in sales in the last quarter, the brand is still healthy and largely debt free. Their profits may have been hit by the GEC but not as badly as many other brands so perhaps investment is on the horizon.
