New Chocolate concept for Zurich Airport

Zurich airport have expanded their chocolate offering by adding two airside confectionery islands in conjunction with Nuance.

The islands are 50m2 each and are situated on either side of the main escalators. One one side is the Lindt & Sprugli boutique which boasts a chocolate maker in all-white chef’s uniform, creating chocolates in front of your eyes.
On the other side is the Confiserie Spruengli island which features more packaged confectionary in truely stunning packaging.

To ensure the quality of the products, the islands have specially airconditioned shelving. For Easter, passengers through Zurich will be able to order and sample bespoke and handmade easter eggs.
