Hanoi Outskirts to get $50 million resort

A five star resort will be built at a cost of US40million in Van Tri commune Dong Ang, outside of Hanoi.
Being called the Ana Mandara Villas Hanoi, the resort will occupy 20 hectares.  The main investor is Khanh Hoa Trade & Investment company and the operator will be the Six Senses group.  Its expected to be completed in 2010.

The Evason Ana Mandara brand is currently operating three resorts on Vietnam in Nha Trang and Da Lat.  They plan to expand to Phu Quoc in the souther Kien Giang province, Hue, Ho Chi Ming, Ha Tay province and Quang Ninh, though specific plans for this expansion have not yet been revealed.

Ana Mandara means “beautiful home” in the Cham language and the concept behind this brand is very much about highly personalised and sincere service.
